The “Il cibo è chi lo fa” food and wine market, featuring 50 stalls from over forty producers, will be held in Piazza Trento e Trieste in Ferrara from Friday, March 27th to Sunday, March 29th, 2026, and from Friday, October 9th to Sunday, October 11th, 2026, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. This initiative offers the opportunity to discover or learn more about Italy’s food and wine excellences through those who produce them directly. The traditional “Il Cibo è chi lo fa” food market is once again a popular event, offering an opportunity to discover, learn about, and taste the many local and national food and wine excellences.

The exhibitors. Numerous new exhibitors and products from all over Italy: casonzei, giardiniera, cured meats from Malga bergamasca, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, hazelnuts and hazelnut products, snails, Amaro del Delta, jams and preserves, strudel, canederli, corn biscuits, Sicilian pecorino cheeses, pasticciotti, taralli, pucce and focaccia, pickled vegetables, Prosecco DOC di Valdobbiadene, Visciole wine, honey, asparagus, strawberries and spring onions, Apulian EVO oil, medicinal herbs, honey and derivatives, Sbrisolona and Torta San Biagio, rosebuds, gorgonzola, Parmigiano Reggiano, dairy products and more from Sardinia, and much more.
